ALL children grades 1 through 5 are invited to read to a Humane Society of Marion County dog on select Saturday mornings at 11 a.m. and  1 p.m

• The child must register in advance.
• Choose the dates you prefer. If the date is available to select, your child will be accepted into the class.
• There is a maximum of 12 children per session.

A parent/guardian must accompany the child and stay at the shelter (in a separate area) while the child reads. Children do better when reading to a non-judgmental dog with no outside criticism.
