We are thrilled to congratulate you on reaching a major milestone in your volunteer journey! You have now completed 300+ volunteer hours, making you eligible for Level Three Volunteer Status!

This achievement opens up new opportunities to take on greater responsibilities and have an even deeper impact on the animals in our care. You are now invited to participate in our Dog & Cat 2.0 program — an advanced training that will enhance your skills and knowledge in animal care and handling.

Once you've completed the training and exams, please wait up to 72 hours for your email response. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to reach out — we're here to support you every step of the way!

Dress Code

  • No short shorts — fingertip length required; pants preferred.
  • Mandatory: No sandals or flip-flops. Shoes must be rubber-soled and closed-toed.
  • No tank or tube tops; no bare midriff showing.
  • No revealing and/or offensive clothing.
  • Please note that clothes may get dirty and/or be exposed to bleach.
